Holiday let terms

Some guidelines and terms for the rental of your holiday let in Oasis Capistrano, Nerja:

Our properties are fully valeted prior to your arrival, weekly linen change for stays of week or more. Optional valets available.

Prices per week in GBP

25% deposit per booking +100GBP refundable breakages bond, balance due 2 calendar months prior to arrival 

Payment in EURO,is available at agreed rate at time of payment

 Bank Transfer is preferred but we are able to accept  

Apartments are normally available from 4PM on the day of your arrival, departure 10AM to enable us to make sure apartments are fully prepared to the highest standards.
